The patient underwent a closed rhinoplasty for nasal reshaping that included correction of nasal asymmetry and reduction of a bulbous nasal tip. The patient also underwent facial fat grafting with placement of fat underneath her eyes, in her cheeks and in her nasolabial folds (laugh lines).
