45 year old female that developed deformity of the right breast and breast asymmetry due to scar tissue (capsular contracture) formation of the right breast and a dropped lateral fold of the left breast. The patient underwent bilateral breast scar tissue release (capsulotomies), breast reshaping, repair of left lateral breast fold, removal and replacement of breast implants.
