The pateint is a 42 year old female that underwent a rhinoplasty for nasal reshaping that included refinement of a strong nose, reduction of a dorsal hump and correction of a plunging tip. The pateint also underwent bilateral buccal lipectomies, facial fat grafting and liposuction of the neck.
