27 year old female that underwent a breast reduction for symptoms of neck and back pain as well as difficulty in finding clothes and bras that would fit appropriately. The patient had 800 grams of tissue removed from the right breast and 750 grams removed from the left breast as well as 200cc of liposuction from the bra roll area on both sides of the breasts.
