33 year old female that developed bilateral breast ptosis and bilateral double bubble deformities of her breasts. The patient underwent bilateral peri-areolar (Benelli Lift) mastopexies, caspulotomy (scar tissue release), breast reshaping, correction of double bubble deformity, removal and replacement of breast implants (425cc moderate profile saline to 430cc high profile saline implants).
