This page allows for an “online consultation” with Dr. Motykie. Please complete the form below and submit the requested photos of the area(s) you’re considering for surgery.
Following your submission, a Surgical Consultant will be in touch to schedule an in-person consultation, and/or advise on the online consultation process. Dr. Motykie will personally review the photographs that you submit.
For most facial procedures, Dr. Motykie is able to provide one digital morph of the profile (side) view to reflect the vision that he sees for you. This is a very unique and personal experience in which you are able to visualize what you may look like after surgery.
There is a consultation fee for morphed images and/or in-person consultations. If you are simply seeking Dr. Motykie’s aesthetic opinion, there is no charge.
